The trainers! They appear to lead by example...practice what they preach...and you can tell Mike has legitimate experience to back up his leadership concepts. Very convincing!

What did you enjoy most?

4 corner stones, 4B's, managing agreements and keeping it simple. Key values in life CAN and DO apply to business.

The engagement, the sharing of ideas. The comradery with old and new teammates.

What did you enjoy most?

I learned a lot. To list the major things, it was: 1) The primary importance of communication. 2) Managing people through agreements rather than emotions and drama. 3) Importance of simplicity and promptness of interaction 4) Play to win. Connected me mentally to how a team like the Patriots builds their success on each person doing their job with quality and taking it one play at a time. 5) Attitude being SO important, for any of the above to work. There is a lot more but these are some of the main points.

I really enjoyed the acted out situations in the front of the class that we performed, and Rob Reid's humor and getting the group loose and working together was awesome. Red ball!

The actionable lessons and interaction with my colleagues. It is great to see the support we all have for each other and that what I am dealing with in leading my team is very similar to what others are working on.

What did you enjoy most?

From aligning my perspective to that of the customer to setting clear goals and agreements with my team, there are a lot of lessons that take the guess work and awkward interactions out of leading a team.

The interactivity, the breakout sessions, and managing agreements.

What did you enjoy most?

Many concepts that I can implement immediately. It's always showtime, managing priorities, winning my play, and winning my play. I always looked at my industry as the learning business...now I see it is the customer business. The four cornerstones are crucial to my success, the company's success and all areas of life.
