Robert was wonderful! His humor, knowledge, and ability to keep a room full of people engaged at all times was impressive! I really enjoyed the "soccer ball" idea regarding client objections. They can be really uncomfortable at times, but the idea of practicing our responses to client objections frequently to become better prepared and less nervous will only better us as account managers.
What did you enjoy most?
Key takeaways: Operating Reality -- placing myself in the client's shoes (and associate's when applicable) to get a better understanding of expectations/needs. What I'm most excited about are the QPR's -- I think this could have a significant impact on our relationship with the client, am excited to begin doing more research on my clients to have a better understanding of their operations/needs, and to better prepare for these meetings to ensure effective outcomes. I also learned the importance of stepping outside my comfort zone, being more proactive, and learning how to better handle client objections. In addition this, I learned how important it is to be able to identify client pain points so we just where can step in and make the biggest impact.

I liked your sharing of data points from your research/experience, i.e. "selling a current account is 60-70% easier than new business." I have always know it is far easier, but your putting a statistic around it was interesting. Also enjoyed the host/group interaction in discussing opportunities/approaches etc.
What did you enjoy most?
I have had a variety of Strategic Account Selling and I felt this training was a good, overall refresh. I particularly found the PESTLE analysis insightful - while I typically research prior to the call, PESTLE provides a more comprehensive disciplined approach.

What did you enjoy most?
I don't know where to begin! It was such a powerful class that took basic sales fundamental to a different level. From understanding the 4 Cornerstones to fully grasping what it means to be in the customers' operating reality will really set me apart in the staffing industry. I am excited to apply these tools and focus on creating healthy habits moving forward.

Group break outs were great. I loved the brainstorming that went with it. It really taught me that call planning should be done by more than just yourself. To utilize our team more to have really effective calls with customers. Mike's stories were funny but very informative and always made a great point.

1.The cross functional nature of the group in training which allowed an appreciation of how many levels of support we need to invest in sales growth. 2.The simple and repeatable techniques used for teaching allowed us to absorb the material rapidly
What did you enjoy most?
Organized and systemic approach to market intelligence, Sales planning and a strategic approach to prospecting. Really enjoyed the material taught on day 2 and the exercises. The teams were cross functional which added to the thorough approach and gave many of the exercises added value because we were exposed to the impact of sales over different parts of our organization.
