I enjoyed seeing the passion and confidence from both Mike and Dave. It got me interested and allowed me to internally recognize that there is a lot of room to be better. I appreciated the idea that you must "win your play", as an athlete growing up it resonated. I also particularly appreciated going into detail on objection handling and using the LAER approach which will put me in a position to persevere. Overall it was refreshing to hear a structure/formula that has a track record of success in a sales environment. Understanding the notion of a client's/prospects' operational reality is certainly going to be a focus moving forward.

- understand a customer/prospects operating reality - Utilizing the 4 cornerstones of success are imperative to high performance - LAER is a best practice for managing objections - Anticipate common objections and practice - Social selling and creating a personal brand is crucial

Open dialogue and group collaboration. We learn best from each other and role practicing and getting uncomfortable in front of our peers. The courses re energized the teams and hopefully we can ride this through the balance of the year and reinforce during our weekly development sessions.

What did you enjoy most?

Know when to say I got outsold. If wont continually go through the client buying decision process, someone else will. You talk the biggest game in the world, what matters is if you execute! If you practice it, you can master it. Win your play in practice, then win on the field. After a win, call your toughest prospect or customer, not even they can bring you down.

The immediate application everything we learned can have on our business. It was great to hear that we as a sales team have some great foundations in place but we have so much potential that we are leaving on the table. I walked out of that room with a whole new view on our business units and I have a more interesting way to talk about our business now but in a way to is in the customers operating space, not mine own.

Where to begin.... - The importance of prospecting, take the Time! - Creating & showing value quickly and effectively - Effective follow up techniques - True differentiation from competition and how to clearly articulate that - start small & build these techniques with practice - how to acknowledge objections and pivot past them - set clear objectives and hold yourself accountable - everything can be measured if you take the time to understand what success and progression look like

Rob was so entertaining that each lesson was alive and so useful. He has the ability to make learning fun and educational.
