The interaction and exchange of ideas. In addition, I like the fact upfront we all agreed to put things in a parking lot when they got too far a field and interfered with the learning process.
What did you enjoy most?
Reinforced they precept that the focus is on the client not on the salesman. Is always good to be reminded of who actually pays the bills. The class did, in addition, give us a common language with which to discuss clients and situations.

How funny and fun it was. I was intimidated by the impromptu but was genuinely surprised that it wasn't as scary ad I thought it would be.
What did you enjoy most?
Loved the apple slice analogy. Loved the discussions on practicing client objections with a soccer ball. Overall, I am highly impressed with the entire training. Very thankful that WSI made this investment and we were able to take part in this training. Butler Street, thank you for absolutely everything. Money well spent! Truly looking forward to seeing the growth that happens at WSI as a result.
