It was interactive with a lot of dialogue, not just a one way PowerPoint presentation.

Rob was really funny, enjoyed the team comradery and getting up to do outside the box things and get people out of their comfort zone. Also great to collaborate off the sales floor with other teammates and divisions and see how things are in their "niche"

Be in customer's operating reality, active listening, attitude is everything, client customer relationship pyramid, word tracks, emails 25 words or less.
