The statement of viewing part of my responsibility is to train my staff to move up in the organization was eye opening. The personality traits will be helpful. I plan to incorporate the 15 minute meetings with each individual staff member. Also plan to incorporate a perhaps monthly "working lunch" so we can just talk to each other.

Learning about how to manage and coach to agreements
What did you enjoy most?
How to determine the personality of someone else and modify my communication style with them to make them more comfortable and open to hearing me. Also, the importance of managing to agreements and the need to make sure I have these in place. Learned how to recognize where team members are in their growth in my company and how to support and motivate them for more improvements and greater growth.

What did you enjoy most?
The DISC assessment was my favorite part. Learning about leadership styles and how to communicate with others is very important. I also really like the 4-B assessment and DASH worksheets. The required reading - Become the Only Choice was a great book. I really opened my eyes and made me realize the 4 Cornerstones of success and where I need improvement.

Joel was engaged and positive throughout. He knew our company and he responded on the fly with great insight and intelligence. Very impressed. I also enjoyed learning with my peers.
