What did you enjoy most?

As mentioned by others, simplicity of the core concepts of the training, which hopefully means an easier path to implement (which is on me to do it and keep all of it fresh in my mind first and foremost). I thought Mike and Joel both did an excellent job with each section, my interest was held the entire time and nothing was too involved to quickly grasp. The breakouts seemed effective.

What did you enjoy most?

The key will actually be putting the different areas into practice...I think there is a lot of lessons learned but for the purposes of a concise feedback here were some of the key areas: 1. How to more appropriately manage a team and run your business 2. How to improve issue resolution by managing to agreements - and how to coach when there are issues whether that be for skills or values 3. How to better manage schedules and time mgmt 4. GETTING MY MIND RIGHT- AND MY TEAMS! Cornerstones...

Having played sports my whole life the connection to sports made it very easy to connect the dots from concepts and was easy to highlight where I got off track from things i previously did. The environment which promoted candor and collaboration which helped me better understand areas where my team needs me to improve on.

What did you enjoy most?

I learned that Simplicity is the key to effective leadership. Having the discipline and habit to do the little things great, makes an enormous impact as a leader and allows you to focus more time on the most important strategic areas.

What did you enjoy most?

I learned from this training the importance of working in my customer's operating reality. Everything that we do is for customer money and to earn it we must always take care of the customer and their needs first. It was a powerful, humbling experience.

Nothing earth shattering but it was a different prespective and I really appreciate that. Mike and Mary Ann did not come at you like your typical staffing vets, they presented from more of a C-Suite level that everyone could follow along with. Really well done

I liked that it was very interactive. All day trainings can get stale. Breaking into groups was not only a good opportunity to brainstorm with our peers, but also a break from sitting at the tables going through the powerpoint.

What did you enjoy most?

I learned that you should prepare for every "play". You are doing yourself a disservice by not doing so. You only have one shot at a first impression, so do what you can to add value. Win your play.

What did you enjoy most?

Not so much learned as reminded. I was reminded how important the quality of my questions are in my attempts to establish credibility.
