The entire approach to the training was impressive. I truly appreciated having a second opportunity to explore everything Butler Street has to offer regarding recruiting and sales! Call plan and lear - idea of A failure is only the discovery of a new opportunity
What did you enjoy most?
We were given a clear concise plan of action on how to change our mindset and the importance of having a positive mindset. through the use of story, Mike was able to present a way that would cause most sales people to buy in to the spin selling concept and to use the tools presented ! I love the call planning worksheets and other instruments that were included as part of the training. John had told me that this was an invaluable experience, and I completely agree! They gave me a perspective on how we can better help our clients as well as helping other clients and laid out a plan in black-and-white, steps 1 through 10 to do so.

that it wasn't so structured and everyone was involved. Easy to follow and stay focused the entire workshop. It was a smaller group.

the way that it truly incorporated BG and the staffing industry. Sine it was tailored to us and how we do business it was a much better training and I can take away a lot of the information and use it right away
