I enjoyed breakout group discussions on topics and coming up with strategic solutions. It gave me a different perspective on not only my groups topic but on all that were discussed.
What did you enjoy most?
The importance of accountability and managing agreements vs. managing people. Recognizing when to coach on strategy, activity and skill. This will help me tremendously to understand where the struggle is that we need to address. Role Practices helped me to visualize an effective discussion on the agreements with my DOS's. Robert's Interactive/Improv on communication, such as not interrupting...and so much more!!

Mary Ann and Robert both made the subject matter interesting, interactive and fun. They were awesome! I heard many say it was one of the best sales training they had attended!
What did you enjoy most?
This was a comprehensive training that provided several "Best Practices", skills, and sales tools that I plan to implement in my day to day sales. It was a great team building opportunity that forced collaboration and outside of the box thinking. I will be approaching my outbound call and email activity practicing the suggested methods. All in all, a wonderful training class.
