I enjoyed the mini breakout sessions. My favorite was probably the live 1:1 coaching/role-practicing.
What did you enjoy most?
I learned so many things but if I had to pick one major thing, it would be that I need to start managing agreements rather than personalities. I not only learned why the 4 cornerstones of success are important but how they can truly make a difference in the office culture and overall team performance.

The long days did not seem so long with the way the training was broken down. They spent the correct amount of time lecturing split up with our breaks and activities.
What did you enjoy most?
A framework of core values to apply to my team and help them grow.

Learning from real world successful people in our business. Mike and Joel are not professional trainers. They have led teams and companies to success and I'd be stupid to ignore their training.
What did you enjoy most?
Any leadership training I've had so far in my career has been through on the job training. This was my first time getting direction in a formal setting.

I enjoyed the wonderful conversation and ideas shared. I also liked how the material was simplified and presented in an engaging manner.
What did you enjoy most?
I took a lot out of the training (4 cornerstones, 4 B's, "win your play", etc). There were so many positive ideas and thoughts shared and discussed that we can all take away and apply them to our mission ahead.
