Attitude, Accountability, Perseverance and Habit are the cornerstones for success. Be an active listener and find the pain. Make sure you find your key decision maker and ask the hard questions. Look for Red flags

Having the book read first, then using the workbook and class participation to apply everything during the classes, was very effective in my learning the materials and being able to use.
What did you enjoy most?
The lessons learned are so many, but probably the biggest impact is understanding the client's operating reality and the Four Cornerstones. I feel the foundation must stay solid in order to utilize the other tools you have given.

I got a lot out of the role play and have a better understand how important it is for me to come up with scripts to use in key situations. Also the the SIGN questions have been very helpful. And how to be continuously prospecting and how to do that effectively.

There was so many great things I learned. Mike was a great presenter and kept me fully engaged. I loved how I walked away with a book with so many examples I can follow.
What did you enjoy most?
The biggest take-a-ways: 1. Being in the customers operating reality 2. Keeping your mind right: Attitude is everything and holding yourself Personally accountable. The successful person is in the habit of doing things the unsuccessful person doesn't do. 3. Overcoming objections. 4. Key captivating words to use when prospecting. 5. Negotiating and recognizing customer gap between current state and actual state.

There was an actual respect for the training schedule, and we mostly adhered to the agenda. There was not a great deal of anyone's time wasted.

Joel is obviously very passionate about his career and believes in this training. He made training fun and interesting and encouraged everyone to engage. Being able to hear his real life examples gave context to the scenarios discussed
What did you enjoy most?
The importance of active listening and asking the right questions in order to always stay within the customer's operating reality. Prescription before diagnosis is malpractice - don't start by solving problems you aren't even sure are there. The 4 cornerstones can be applied to both professional and personal circumstances.

I enjoyed that it wasn't monotonous and that we broke up into different groups for group answers.
What did you enjoy most?
I learned to put myself in my clients "operating reality." I also learned to write better emails and leave better voicemails to yield a better response. It was also good clarification for the CPW.

It was interactive! Mike did a great job keeping the glass engaged and also using humor to keep things relatable.
What did you enjoy most?
To always consider the clients operating reality over my own. Listen before speaking. Prepare for meetings by researching decision makers. Do not be fearful asking tough questions. Ask for referrals!
