Having various levels of our staff there. Providing opportunity and hopefully confidence to the group.

What did you enjoy most?

Better scripts. Loved the call planning worksheets and customer relationship models. In addition much of the terminology really resonated with me "non-optional culture" "socially acceptable excuses" and others. These will assist me in discussions with all the teams I oversee.

What did you enjoy most?

That I need to reprogram my thinking and sales approach... Sales is a marathon not a sprint, the goal is to acquire customer retention through relationship building and taking ownership for my actions. I now realize that whether, in my personal life or in business the foundation for success is built the "Four Corner Stones". I now have Clarity of the sales process and the "WHY" factor.

Informal group discussions and the course layout. Sincere desire from the Butler team to insure that we are successful! Book reads as a story of Frank, Al & The Wizard, the Program is presented at a level that allows for easier understanding of the content.

What did you enjoy most?

In order to be successful in today's environment, we need to utilize the 4 cornerstones on every sales call. Effective Listening, questioning and understanding the customers reality will provide Sun the greatest opportunity to be successful in closing new business at a much greater rate. There are only so many hours in a day, week, year, Time is money and your prospects will only allot time to sales reps who can quickly establish interest/ value During a phone call, email or on-site visit. Developing key habits for success is what separates highly successful sales professionals from mediocre or unsuccessful ones.

What did you enjoy most?

As a recent college graduate, the Butler Street training provided me with a great foundation to sales that I did not necessarily receive in school. The most important things I learned were to win every play, be prepared, practice and create good habits.
