The collaborative interaction with my peers.
What did you enjoy most?
I learned many things, the most important of which being personal accountability in the four cornerstones and "Winning my play". Also, that this doesn't come as second nature to people. These are skills that need to be practiced continually. I also learned that Value = Benefit - Cost. The client relationship pyramid will also transform the way in which we relate with our customers.

I enjoyed the interaction and involvement of the entire group. Everyone was involved and required to participate in some way. Every sales person left there with an understanding that their success is in their hands. What they need is to invest in themselves, be prepared and practice to become better each day.
What did you enjoy most?
The training reinforced that a structured, repeatable, sales process with discipline, surrounded by sound planning and practice will absolutely help our company grow.

That it was directed specifically towards the Staffing Industry, typically these sales seminars are a blanket training session, but having it be so direct to our business was extremely helpful
What did you enjoy most?
Interesting ways to turn objections into an opportunity to uncover opportunity and build rapport and how to better position my value propositions.

What did you enjoy most?
Part of the training was a refresher but I did learn new things as well. I learned about the proper format for an effective voicemail and email campaign. Mostly what I took from the training was around habits and understanding my clients OPERATING reality. The open ending line of questioning will be tremendously helpful. The client relationship pyramid was also an excellent tool I will use.

1. I liked how Mary Ann and Mike did a great job in delivering the messages of being a better leader. 2. Sharing best practices and the sense of teamwork. 3. Building structure and process to follow are key's to becoming successful and for Sun to make/exceed our numbers in 2019 and beyond 4. The "Agreements" we build with our team and working toward a common goal. Checking in with each person on the team to see if they are on track. 5. Mary Ann and Mike were engaged with our group and I felt that this training session at this time was very helpful in us getting better.
What did you enjoy most?
1. How to build a solid foundation to live by which truly manifests into success. Attitude is the start of everything, Perseverance, Personal Accountability and Good Habits. Stop using the socially acceptable reasons for not being successful - I want to share and work within this cornerstones with my team. 2. Using DiSC in the workplace. Understand the behaviors of the people I am speaking to and how to get the best out of them with the end goal in mind. 3. The 4 B's of Talent Management - working on better recruiting/on-boarding, supporting for a successful future at Sun, building stronger teams and building a successful career path for our high potential employees. 4. Coaching and Delivering Effective Feedback - this was an area that I know I could improve by using the DASH to Coach tool. How to constructively describe the current situation that we are not happy with and ask them to acknowledge. Enlighten them on where we know they need to be and encourage them to get there through support. 5. Build a High Performance Team - it was good of Mike to use stories of his sports experiences to truly understand how we need to win as a team and win as an individual. Breaking bad habits and replacing them with good ones. Take the time to promote all of the good behaviors and when we win, let's celebrate and put on Chatter! 6. We are in the Customer Business! By using the Pre-Call Planning Sheets, we will be better prepared when making a call and achieving our objectives. Knowing what questions to ask and to whom. Understand the sense of urgency to close deals quicker. Know that we are always in one of these modes - Acquisition, Retention or Expansion.

The DiSC assessment, it helped me to gain insight into the personalities of my colleagues.
What did you enjoy most?
Most of the content was new to me, as I have had minimal leadership training in the past. I especially appreciated learning about the 4B's. As a company, I feel Sun needs to be better at facilitating employee engagement; now I have a better idea of how I can work with my team in this area.
