I enjoyed the team breakout sessions and hearing different viewpoints. Sharing ideas is somewhere we can get stronger as a team. The mind flip to customer operating reality is, in concept, easy, but in practice is very difficult and will take time and role practice to achieve, but I am 110% bought in! It's like you just told me about a new hard workout program that only a few can handle....I have a passion for being among the few!

What did you enjoy most?

Win your play at every touch point, because our competition is not concentrating on this! Ask the tough questions to really get into the customer's operating reality. And the 4 Cornerstones are essential, simple and applicable in all aspects of business and life. Absolutely love the structured process and actionable steps I can take, and hold myself accountable to!
