the class size. I thought it was the perfect number of people. Not too small where you don't get to hear different viewpoints and not too large that it becomes intimidating

It was highly interactive and provided immediate feedback. I like that we, as a group, critiqued each other. I would benefit greatly from this on a day to day.

What did you enjoy most?

There is so much I can put here. I think the biggest plus of this training is that I felt it was easier to digest than Doersching. I think he is more of an information dump, even though he has great ideas. This was more of a collaborative experience and allowed us to use the time to taylor the exercises to what we do daily.

Our trainer Joel. He was great at keeping us engaged as well as a subject matter expert in his craft. It definitely showed knowledgeable he is in this field.

Joel! He is absolutely fantastic! Bringing the highest level of energy and knowledge to our company for two days, It's impressive and demonstrates his years of experience in sales.

What did you enjoy most?

It's hard to put everything down that I have learned since there was so much! To start, learning the four cornerstones has had a great impact on my role in sales but also in life - if you can master all four, whatever you apply them to you will be successful. Learning how to handle objections better, cold call effectively and how to ask better questions will inevitably help me close more deals and become the only choice.

I learned that spending time to prepare is a good use and that I should not sacrifice my organization to "put out fires." Being someone who is heavily relied upon in my office, this happens more often than I would like to admit. I plan to refocus and to be better at time management.
