All of it! I really enjoyed the engagement of the presenters with the audience.
What did you enjoy most?
This was an amazing course and I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to take it. I learned to look through a new lens and adjust the views I had prior. In addition, I learned that the power of scripts helps to perfect how I portray myself clients and potential customers. I am eager to implement what I learned into our sales to be better effective for my branch! Also-I learned that the roadblocks that we have hit in the past are not roadblocks-if we accept them it's an excuse, however if we do not accept them, it's only something that challenges us to do better and be better to overcome them!

It was interactive. Mike and Joel actually care about the training and the messages they are trying to get across, and it all comes from experience.
What did you enjoy most?
Not only did I learn new sales techniques, I learned how to implement them. It's one thing to read a book or attend a seminar, but to learn how to do the things we learned brings this to a different level.

The engagement that the team had with us. You really made me think outside the box on some items.
What did you enjoy most?
I truly enjoyed the two days with Mike and his team. There are many pieces that I took away from this experience. That scripts are vital, repeating voice mails before calling (never thought of that before), 12 step marketing plan (I perform something similar but not to this level) I will be working on incorporating it into my day/week/month. I have always believed the key to marketing is to building that relationship with my customers and some times it takes time, your team showed me additional ways to do that and I greatly appreciate it.
