The 4 Cornerstones of Success Understanding Operating Reality Working through the decision making process, understanding where in the process the customer is, asking the hard questions so that you understand what you need to solve for. How to communicate value as we only have seconds to differentiate ourselves-making lasting impressions. The importance of making moments count. Ask for referrals. Utilize effective questioning-open ended questions. Building effective relationships and understanding that they have options and we need to continually build. Get out of the whirlwind, stop using and accepting socially acceptable responses. PLACED, Communicating Value, LAER, uncover mystery words, Feel, felt, found technique, Relationship Pyramid, the importance of scripting regardless of exp/tenure. Mike is a stand up guy, he broke down the recruiting process and made it easy for me to understand mistakes and areas for improvements. Mary Ann is wonderful she is very encouraging .
What did you enjoy most?
AWESOME!!!AWESOME!!!AWESOME!!! I learned about being able to see problems and opportunities as they appear through my providers eyes. I learned to ask WHY? I learned to ask better open ended questions. I learned that starting my day with a great attitude will help me become a more effective recruiter. I learned to focus on only what I can change. I learned to start forming successful habits now and the production will come.

Mike and Mary Anne! Both have a passion to help and it shines through. I also enjoyed the group activities. I felt they were extremely effective.

Butler Street gave me actual techniques and tools I can use to become successful. The most valuable thing I learned that I have already put into action is the three step process to create engagement (Disarm - Purpose - Question).
