The role playing sessions and hearing best practices from my peers.

What did you enjoy most?

My biggest takeaway from this workshop was that it's easier to manage agreements than it is to manage people/personalities/emotions. This alone will help me tremendously to increase activity and hold my team accountable for what my expectations are. This eliminates the drama factor from any tough conversations. I also was able to take a lot away from the prospecting session on day two. I am excited to help my reps put together call scripts/emails/etc. to help them increase their call to appointment ratios moving forward.

Terry Dixon's start to day two. The man has off the charts energy and brings essentials down to street level. Specific to the training session---communication--negative, positive, none. Have a tendency to come off as negative--so good refresher on those points.

What did you enjoy most?

Real emphasis on utilization of Call Planning Worksheets along with Deal Diagnostics. Great resources, but if not utilized, just as worthless as not having the resources at all.

"Terry talks" The fact that Mike and Frank (and Mary Ann) use this methodology everyday...they are teaching what they use which adds significant value - they have instilled what they learned through mistakes over time in sales - they practice what they preach. Solid

Of coarse it's great to come away with all the positive energy and passion Terry Dixon added, not to sell Butler Street short. I enjoyed the interaction with my counterparts as you lead the discussion. It was effective not to have higher ups trump over the conversation. A good move to just have Sales Managers, more productive.

What did you enjoy most?

I learned alot of things, but overall, it was decreasing my focus on quota/pipeline/ deal management and moving more time into coaching and giving effective feedback. Than wrapping all this around activity being a top priority.

I enjoyed how "real" the talk was. I felt that the concepts and strategies that were covered made a lot of sense and will help the sales management team coach their sales reps to achieve their goals.

What did you enjoy most?

Make it easy for my sales reps to do their job. Slice their apples. Have them commit to the process. My job is to enforce the right behaviors. Win each play and we will be able to become Agents of Change.

What did you enjoy most?

Very critical to be consistent here. Better defined Performance Management Objectives Immediate coaching feedback - Increase 2-way communication No surprises Other areas were more of a refresher on good business practices but put in a frame work that you can coach with and increase the wins along the way. I feel the session was collaborative, which was great. There was great material to discuss, but there were a lot of opportunities to participate and voice opinion and share best practices.

What did you enjoy most?

In all, the training was excellent. There were many points that I brought back with me that will be useful. Some immediately and some that I can instill in the coming months. I liked the back to basics approach that we discussed. Bringing everything back to Evolve 2.0 is a great basis to huddle our teams around.

What did you enjoy most?

I learned so much in this training!! It really opened my eyes how to step outside of the box and learn that it will be more effective long term by active listening, positive attitude, the importance of asking more open ended questions, and knowing that pay is NOT the most important variable.

What did you enjoy most?

If I fix my mindset and intentionally execute a plan of consistent habits with as little variance as possible, I will be successful. Doing so will take time to setup and bad habits like feeling "busy" stuck in the "whirlwind" will lurk in the shadows but I will persevere!
