I loved the DELIVERY of the messages and training. I liked how people were never put on the spot because you asked for volunteers and got volunteers.
What did you enjoy most?
i thoroughly enjoyed learning about how to utilize LinkedIn, leave more powerful and effective voicemails, and how to really get into the operating reality of a provider. I loved the way your messages were delivered to us and it reminded me that HOW we talk and interact matters!

The well-thought out topics that RELATE to our operating reality, the engaged training team, and how the entire experience brought our company/team closer together. This is the first time I have actually enjoyed breakout exercises!
What did you enjoy most?
The list of takeaways is LONG! The biggest learning was the importance of being in the candidate/client's operating reality. That is the foundation for effective questioning, working through objections, and getting to the WHY! Based on the training, I have a re-energized perspective on my role and how truly influential and effective I have the potential to be by making these tweaks and creating HABITS. I also learned specific ways I can implement these learnings (pyramid, call planning sheet, voicemail script, personal accountability).
