The engagement of the team and Mike/Mary Ann keeping us focused down the right path in an effective manner.
What did you enjoy most?
Where do I start? I learned a large amount in 2 days that were broken up in pertinent bite-size morsels. They provide a roadmap of things to start improving one day at a time. Mike and Mary Ann are extremely personable and thoroughly explain the information. Plus, they kept it light and fun at the same time. Everything was pertinent, but it started with the 4 cornerstones.
