breaking out in to groups to do certain activities is always enjoyable. It helps you to understand what someone else's method or perspective on doing things is and you can help each other to become better at what we are already do well, but maybe we just need to enhance.

What did you enjoy most?

The four cornerstones were eye opening for me. I sometimes think that we forget that our attitudes whether good or bad can be heard on the other end of a phone call and can make or break a deal with any customer/candidate so making sure that we always portray a positive attitude is crucial to expanding our business and candidate pools. Also, how to handle/overcome objectives was very important to me. I have a fear of rejection and hearing the word NO makes me feel very defeated so learning different ways to overcome that was a huge help and made me realize that No may not always be the final answer, I just have to get to the bottom of why NO was their initial response.

Honestly, I enjoyed the atmosphere, being able to connect with my colleagues that I don't see on a regular basis, and feeling like I am truly getting valuable teaching techniques that I can take with me in the future.

What did you enjoy most?

I took numerous lessons from the Butler Street training. I am going to sincerely work on my attitude, perseverance, and personal accountability. I also really appreciate the session on overcoming objections and using LAER, as I think that is what I struggle with most. My weaknesses lie in the initial conversations with prospects to uncover the potential needs. I think I am very strong in closing the sale so I am very optimistic that I will be able to round out my abilities as a sales person and utilize everything I learned in Butler Street to my new processes.

Become the only choice book was a nice touch, to help tie everything together, along with the the takeaway "playbook"

What did you enjoy most?

Butler Street training helped reinforce a lot of forgotten good habits, and helped me spot bad habbits that have grown and become more sticky in my day to day. I truly appreciate the focus around progressive improvement and focusing on becoming better each day. Above all we are in the customer business- and our day to day should reflect this.

I enjoyed the whole training! But I loved the scripting of voice mails, value statements in addition to the Effective questioning section.

What did you enjoy most?

Develop muscle memory 3x3 Slow down ask more questions, Must be in customer operating reality, How to write good value statements and scripts, that will actually grab someones attention. Better tools and ways to make my prospecting time have more impact. Love the call planning worksheet and prospecting worksheet.
