I have taken Xerox Client Centered Selling, While content was similar, Frank's Engagement made all the difference and added deeper meanings to the concepts. Social Selling and Targeted Messaging parameters were great!

I enjoyed the interactive parts of the training especially the voicemail portion
What did you enjoy most?
I learned rebuttals for objections and how to work in my clients reality. I have also stuck to the four cornerstones which is making a huge impact with building better relationships with our contingent associates. Overall the training has impacted me professionally & personally learning and identifying habits that I wasn't even aware were bad that I unnoticeably fell into. This training took me from average to WOW professionally! I'm becoming a trusted advisor to my clients and associates. Thank you!

I enjoyed the whole process. It was easy to follow and very informational.
What did you enjoy most?
I learned a lot about planning each call before you go to make it go more effective. Better call/email strategies to illicit more touches and hopefully more responses. Also to work in the customer 's reality and not my own. Make sure I know what they are wanting/needing and not what I think they want/need.

I enjoyed how both Mike and Joel were able to relate there experiences with the training they were teaching.
What did you enjoy most?
