Mike's enthusiasm, passion and energy in his presentation. I also enjoyed the synergy created in the classroom and the fact that it was interactive!

LAER - lister, acknowledge, explore and respond when handling objections. placing myself in the client's operating reality patience and controlling the pace of the sell how important each step in the buying process is crucial and we must create value in each of these steps in order to WIN the concept that I NEVER loose I only WIN or GET BETTER!
