The interaction and feedback with both Mike and Joel, as well as our sales team. And in the last 25 years, I have NEVER been in a 2 day training that I was actually engaged the whole time. The information and the style in which it was presented was captivating.

What did you enjoy most?

Everything! Strategies for the sales process- start to finish. Reminders of what I already knew- research before calling on a prospect. Prescription before diagnosis = malpractice. Value = benefit- cost (not price!) ACTIVE LISTENING. I could go on and on.

The work we did in teams was great as it allowed me to work outside my safe zone and in areas of some of the other sales people. The training was not a sit down, shut up and listen format. As the students we were very involve din most aspects of the training. I really enjoyed the conversation between the trainers and all of the students. This allowed me to see how they would handle certain situations and gain more perspective.

What did you enjoy most?

I learned I am at a higher level of sales aptitude than I thought. I learned how to take many of the processes and techniques I already have been using to the next level and be more efficient while doing so. I focused more on the objections and follow-up as I too easily let go or accept some form of no.

The fact that everyone was expected to participate and be active in the training. It helped everyone become more engaged in what we were being taught and made it more fun for everyone involved.

What did you enjoy most?

I learned how to better prepare for a sales call. I learned better practices in asking the right questions and how to separate ourselves from the competition. Better ways of handling objections, etc.

Honestly- I never got bored during this training. It was absolutely amazing to be able to follow along as well as work in small groups to help each other and use our skills to develop individually. I enjoyed the training and how all key points related to one another.

What did you enjoy most?

I learned skills that I have not utilized in the past that will help me build customer relationships. The four cornerstones as well as the structured call planning will help me in future prospects and sales.
