Group and individual activities. This made the training feel much more engaged than just a class where we listen to a teacher. I feel this was the most important part of the training and helped me learn through actual practice.

What did you enjoy most?

How to be more effective at understanding our customer's operating reality, how to define and teach our value to our customers, how to recognize and utilize the four cornerstones for success, the importance of quarterly business reviews, effective voicemails/emails/branding and much, much more.

Training session was very informative. It was a training that kept your attention and was interactive. One important thing about this class was the trainer. He cared about the group, actually took the time to answer your questions and made sure you understood before moving on.

I enjoyed the fact that it basically challenged the approach that I thought (or had been taught) was the most successful one. The slow-down before you speed up approach made perfect sense to me and was an almost "ah-ha" moment when explained. Reflecting on the way I mus be coming across in my contact with clients, I'm sure my approach certainly seemed more about me and what I could do for them as opposed to finding out and fully understanding what their actual needs/concerns/pains were before. Prescription before Diagnosis is Malpractice is a common term in our industry, I just realized I wasn't applying that to my approach.

Definitely made me re-think my approach to prospects. Learned to take the time to research a person and having a plan of conversation before making call as opposed to just "winging it". Most importantly, learning to make this a habit
