I enjoyed to learn about remaining in the operating reality, not only for our client's or potential candidates but for the CEO of Humanedge. I also learned to be resilient and adaptable at all cost. Most of all I really enjoyed to collaborate more with my team. I am truly nothing without my team!!!
What did you enjoy most?
I learned to always remain in the operating reality of our customers. By applying the key principals that we're taught I am confident that I will gain a clear understanding of a potential prospect and gear them in the right direction according to there needs and not mine.

i feel like we do a pretty good job already at pprn. Butler street took what we do well and built on that and found our areas of improvement and taught us how to strengthen them
What did you enjoy most?
I like the systematic approach on finding and addressing the clients needs and the call planning work sheet will help with being prepared for objections and sticking points during the conversation. The whole approach to recruiting and sales was new and I look forward to implementing it into my daily activity

I enjoyed the opportunity to listen to the parked issues experienced by other offices. I found they go through a lot of the same things we go through in our office. As their issues were resolved by discussing in groups, so were ours.
What did you enjoy most?
It was a great learning experience. I apply the a lot of the principals to my day to day process now and find them to be very effective.

I've been through a few different generic training sessions, so I liked the fact that this training was very specific to HumanEdge with our numbers and specific areas that we can improve upon.
What did you enjoy most?
I learned quite a bit, but I would say my favorite thing that I learned was the LAER technique. That is something that I have begun to try and implement in my tough conversations with candidates.

Mike and Joel do a great job of pulling back the covers and identifying key issues within organizations. I enjoyed that they were able to do this but also did not single people out. They created an excellent learning environment.
What did you enjoy most?
I learned so much in this training. The main takeaways for me are active listening and effective questioning. This puts me in the best position to understand my client and what their needs are. I also want to exercise something else in the training that will make me better. The idea of slowing down to speed up is something I want to do more of.
