Gaining knowledge, finding out my weakness so that I can strengthen myself in those areas, the ability to work as a team
What did you enjoy most?
I learned that I need to be more deliberate in my approach. I also learned that my attitude can help or hinder me and that I can make my own success. This process showed how standardization of our processes will make Elite not only more efficient but we will appear more professional to our current and future partners. I am eager to learn more as I start trying to incorporating some of the practices into my branch and daily interactions. I look forward to our growth to come.

The interactive group projects. It really helped me see where my coworkers stand mentally on each subject as well so we can get an idea on how to come to an agreement on each topic.
What did you enjoy most?
What I learned was an overwhelming amount of knowledge on sales tactics, teamwork effectiveness, and having a genuine concern for candidates that will lead you to succeeding. We tend to get caught up in wanting to make placements for productions sake, but we forget the initial reason why were in the healthcare staffing industry. It's about patient care. Everything else will come after if we do what is instructed.
