I most enjoyed the presenters and how they brought humor into the room.
What did you enjoy most?
I learned new messaging techniques, specifically how to create a strong value statement. I learned how important it is to work within a candidates' operating reality and to ask more effective open-ended questions.

working with other department members on a common goal was refreshing.
What did you enjoy most?
The course really hammered home that you can't manage emotions and attitudes but you can manage agreements and that lever can help you get compliance from your people.

Mike's engagement with everyone in the room felt personal and genuine. His ability to connect with every individual was remarkable.

That there was different departments in the training. Yes, there were multiple back office departments but it was nice to hear how the Sales team views certain situations also.
What did you enjoy most?
There was a lot to take in during the trainings. I look forward to relaying some of the information to my team, but look forward to the follow up conversations.

I enjoyed the way Rob and Mike worked together they kept the training fun and educational. It allowed me to stay fully invested into the training the whole time. I really enjoyed the experience.
What did you enjoy most?
I learned effective listening tactics, using the LAER guideline in a conversation. Also the 4 cornerstones are something I can use both in my personal and work life. I also coach basketball and plan on using this new knowledge with my players and referees.
