I really appreciate that the training gave me real life scenarios that were pertinent to my job. I feel that I have just added a whole new range of tools to my toolbox that will help propel me, and my company, to the next level.

Interaction with the presenters as well as exposure to coworkers in other divisions that I may never cross paths with throughout my typical work day.

There were many take-a-ways from this training, but I would say the overarching theme was remember to ask the why and to always share best practices.

I enjoyed the lecture then activity then lecture format. It kept you engaged. I never felt like I was bored. There was no one topic that I enjoyed more than another. I thought it was great information all around.

I learned the importance of operating in the providers' operating reality, not mine. This was very effective recruiting training.
