It is so interesting because the material is not new in our Industry but the delivery and execution and your processes really makes sense. Using the four cornerstones, the SIGN questions, LAER to manage objectives, the Relationship Pyramid, give s us great tools to change.

Learning new and effective ways to prospect, run appointments and objections handling
What did you enjoy most?
Learned more effective ways to capture prospect's attention on the phone or in person when Cold Calling and trying to setup appointments. Also got some great tools to use during calls and learned ways to handle objections.

I loved the workbook. It was so much more engaging to work from the workbook, rather than just staring at slides or taking my own notes. It's provided a structure for my notes that I can use as a reference guide.

What did you enjoy most?
I learned alot of the SIGN, I think this is could awesome technique to uncover the pain. I also enjoyed practicing email & voicemail techniques. I also truly enjoyed the call planning worksheet. I look forward to using this on calls so I can be more organized in front of the customer. Mary Ann & Frank did a tremendous job with execution & believing in their sytem. THis gave us an opportunity to become excited about the ONLY Choice!
