I enjoyed listening and learning from Mike and Mary Ann and how engaged they were with the content and how their previous experiences applied to the training. The breakout sessions were also very informative.

What did you enjoy most?

The Four Cornerstones was very informative. Client Risk - This was the biggest takeaway. Never take the relationship for granted. There is always someone willing to take the business away from you. Operate in a steady state of uneasiness. Never feel satisfied with the value you can offer. The importance to advance client relationship is crucial.

Working with others in the company as a team to approach the different aspects of the negotiation process. I also found it valuable to learn more about the uniqueness of the client examples which will give me alternate ways to approach situations and clients as needed.

What did you enjoy most?

Learned the importance of asking "why" and that it's ok (and best) to ask this question as well as others. I also, learned that how critical it is to have more of a collaborative and cooperative relationship vs a competitive relationship with customers--HR, Operations, and Purchasing (Finance). Lastly, learning how to follow the negotiation process overall was very valuable.

I enjoyed the breakout sessions the most. I really liked how they made us think differently about ourselves (MAU) and about our competitors. I enjoyed how you both kept the training moving and upbeat. I never felt bored at any time.

What did you enjoy most?

Where do I begin?!? There were a lot of things that I learned over the course of the two days. I learned about "Flexible Stability" and how to explain it to a customer. I learned about operating reality. Understanding that you have to take a look at everything through the customers eyes to really understand and be able to solve their problems. I learned that if we solve our customers problems that we will ultimately solve our own! I also learned that it is important to stick to the PROCESS when it comes to selling and negotiating. Finally, I learned to always ask the WHY???
