I was able to take my negotiating skills to the next level. The discussion around "fully loaded" billing rate was extremely helpful. I'll also be using the relationship triangle and getting the customer to cast vision around what success looks like in 12 months.

SIGN. Being able to have a foundation for the sales process is huge.

Operating reality and SIGN were the biggest takeaways but learning more about LAER was hugely helpful and will a major impact on client calls going forward.

It was interactive. Great to learn from Mike and Mary Ann, but also great to hear from peers.
What did you enjoy most?
Some of what was covered was a refresher and familiar in some way (although very much needed!), but I learned a better way to ask questions, leave voice mails, and handle objections.
