It made me reflect on what I need to do better while providing a structured environment to help our employees achieve the level of success we believed they were capable of hit when we hired them.

What did you enjoy most?
Strategies to coach my team where sometimes I struggle to have those conversations. Also, reinforced some ideas where I was doubting myself but see that I am on the right track with time management, common goal setting, keeping things simple, treating each team member individually and not letting them worry about how other team members are managed.

There's so much to say it's hard to summarize. Main take away was slow down and work on trying to understand the customer's operating reality.

The entire training. So much to take away from each topic that was discussed.
What did you enjoy most?
Whole different approach to face-face meetings, prep work is crucial. Asking WHY back to a customer is important and OK to do, do not solve all problems without understanding the entire picture. Use value statements. Will view emails & voice differently going forward.

What I already mentioned, with habits, personal accountability, as well as time management.
What did you enjoy most?
There were many aspects of the training that I knew to some degree or thought but the training put it all together and re-enforced some ideas. It starts with habits, building good, manageable habits and holding yourself accountable. Then creating agreements with your team and managing those agreements and holding the team accountable. And not allowing socially acceptable excuses to exist. Also, coaching to strategy, activity and skill to ensure you are coaching correctly.
