The most positive take away for our leadership team is the interaction between us, the roleplaying is a very positive team building experience.
What did you enjoy most?
The DISC assessment was new for me, I feel I gained a lot by learning it and studying the various styles. The employee/supervisor agreement approach is also new to me, and I'm looking forward to using it to improve our team.

Small group, exercises and the content was relavent to .
What did you enjoy most?
I liked the small group and roll playing activities. The material given as a take away will be good reminders for on the spot and regular coaching. Good conversation around those difficult conversations with problem employees, took the emotion out - facts & data!
