I enjoyed the activities the most about the training because it was very helpful to learn and practice these new things with my peers before using them with customers.
What did you enjoy most?
Butler Street taught me a lot of new helpful techniques to use to get in the door with customers. I also learned better ways to word emails, voicemails, and phone calls. The planning sheets will also help me to stay organized and on track during the process. I really enjoyed the training!

I felt very confident that the presenters were subject matter experts. I never felt like anyone was fumbling for answers or winging it and I really liked that they had answers for everything. I typically hate role playing, but that was extremely helpful, especially getting to hear others role play as well.
What did you enjoy most?
The whole day was great. I really enjoyed talking about creating agreements and managing by those agreements and also the 4 B's. I think the DASH method of coaching will be very beneficial.

The use of humor to keep things interesting. Also, being forced to come up with the value statement and create a new voicemail on the spot but with guidance from the trainers.
What did you enjoy most?

Robert!!!!! I have never been to a training session where Iaughed so much. Most complain about training but he makes a long day short.
What did you enjoy most?

What did you enjoy most?
I learned that habit is the key to the other 3 cornerstones, if you have bad habits then you will soon have poor perseverance, be blind to self accountability and a poor attitude. Also that having agreements within the company can benefit accountability on both sides. One on one meetings are value to employees, not only ones under management but within the management team as well. The 4 B's was an eye opener, if you have someone who doesn't have the basics and backing then they may not feel like they belong or become the employee you need.

I enjoyed the energy level Mike provided to the group. The way the material was presented allowed it to be absorbed and understood to a new level.
What did you enjoy most?
Identifying and understanding my intrinsic wants/needs is where I will start. I want to make this branch grow year after year. I've found that starting by identifying where I'm lacking will outline where I can grow professionally and personally as well as where my team can grow and advance. Progressive improvement really took the whole idea home for me in a new way. I found myself getting caught up on applying the big picture in one day and felt like I failed when it just didn't work the first time. I now understand that each day is a chance to be better than I was yesterday and to keep aiming for the progress and improvements that will make our team the only choice to our customers.

The information was well organized in the participant guide which made it easy to follow. The recap after each section was also very valuable.
What did you enjoy most?
There were several items that work impactful, but the new information that was valuable to me was managing agreements and how to use them.

The training session was very insightful. I enjoyed the instructor and how he was able to keep the whole groups attention throughout the whole training.
What did you enjoy most?
I learned additional skills to use in my leadership tool bag as well as brushed up on some of the skills I currently use. BLAST and DASH are new tools that will be very helpful in the future.

Joe and Dave were both great guys and instructors. I have to say Joe was hands down the best I have ever seen. I have been through many sales trainings and he just has a real person down to earth way of teaching and selling. Not flashy just REAL.
What did you enjoy most?
That is a very tough question to explain in a short note :). I will day I learned I do allot of things right but I also make some big mistakes that I need to correct. I am pretty successful currently but also learned I have some terrible habits I need to break and change and can only imagine how successful I can be after making some modifications I learned from this training.

The overall format of the program and the group exercises as it allowed for interaction with others throughout the organization I otherwise may not have had the opportunity to interact with.
What did you enjoy most?
Planning the sales call is an extremely valuable tool to produce success as well as scripting out voice mails. Hadn't thought to script them out before now but will be doing so to improve communications.

The experience of the presenters. They were extremely engaged with us and provided me with more information and useful tools than any other training I've been in (and I've been in lots).
What did you enjoy most?
I learned how it is key to get in habits to generate results. I also learned how to differentiate myself in how I communicate to prospects when leaving voicemails and the importance of multiple touches over 16 weeks to drive results.

I enjoyed the sections on Coaching and Performance Management and Delivering Effective Feedback the most mainly because those are areas I feel I can use the most improvement.
What did you enjoy most?
Some of what we learned was more of a reminder of what we should be doing and often forget. Which I loved! But also learned new ideas such as agreements and better ways to coach our associates.
