What did you enjoy most?

The fact that this is the first training that seems to understand "real world" sales. The fact that e-mails and phone calls go un-responded to, but it is a great touch.

How engaging the training was as well as how this directly applies to what we do today - no translation needed!
What did you enjoy most?
New strategies to overcome obstacles in the sales process as well as tools to differentiate my sales calls and effectiveness. These are invaluable and I have already seen return on the investment with a higher net-new appointment ratio than previous just in the first 2 days of application.

The way it was composed. Lots of group interaction . Lots of times in training sessions its strictly a classroom setting which can get very boring

The interactive nature of the course. Two days of just being talked at would have been insufferable, this was collaborative and moved along at a steady pace.
