Sessions begin February 11th and continue each week for nine sessions. Every weekly, live, instructor-led session is presented by the same Butler Street trainers that present our classroom trainings. Manageable, engaging eLearning modules lay the foundation for each weekly live virtual session. Virtual sessions reinforce concepts and include role-practice, coaching scenarios, and important insights and feedback to strengthen your sales skills, improve communication, and increase productivity.

Recognizing Leadership Styles

Based on the Everything DiSCWorkplace® Assessment, you'll recognize the working style preferences in yourself and others and create the ability to minimize conflict, develop strong working relationships, and motivate team members.

Managing Agreements

Stop the drama and get results by managing agreements instead of personalities. Develop and implement agreements that align with strategy, clearly communicates expectations, and actions if agreement is not met.  Builds trust and open communication.

Coaching to Strategy, Activity, and Skill
